STR550 Indicating Controllers Description

Indicator - Panel meter 96x48mm (1/8 DIN) with integrated Trend and Bar Graph functions.
Front panel IP54, 4keys silicon membrane keyboard. Monochromatic LCD display 128x64 (RGB backlighting, 7 colors selectable by parameter, programmable color changing at threshold reaching); Intuitive programming/operation interface with text menus in 5 languages. Installation both on horizontal (96x48) or vertical (48x96) panel cutouts, visualization of process variables, trend and BarGraph may be may be programmed accordingly by parameter. This device is equipped with universal analogue input (RTD/TC/standard linear inputs) for the acquisition of process signals also with fast transient (conversion frequency up to 242Hz/4,2 ms).

STR550 integrates in a single ordering code all the most requested hardware solutions: 2 relays programmable for different alarm modes, 2 analogue outputs (0...10Volt and 0/4...20mA) for fast and accurate retransmission of process/setpoint values, 1 Modbus RTU Slave serial port for interface with PLC/HMI/PC, 2 configurable digital inputs, built-in power supply 24Vdc/30mA for loop-powered external sensors. Software features includes storing of max. peak/min. peak/peak-to-peak values, "Totalizer" function typical for flow control and "Sum" function for weighing systems. For configuration and parameters setting, in addition to standard Pixsys tools (Memory Card and Labsoftview software), a wireless Rfid (NFC) channel is provided and can be used with the new Pixsys RF-Programmer device for fast and straight-forward programming.
